We take great pride in the quality of our Scottish craftsmanship; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original, unworn condition with all Campbell's of Beauly tags still attached.

Return Process

  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, clearly marking whether you require a refund or an exchange for a different size or color.

  Securely Package Your Items

  Place the items and the completed form inside the original packaging or a sturdy alternative to ensure the garments are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch via Tracked Post

  Send your parcel to our Beauly showroom using a tracked postal service; we recommend obtaining proof of postage as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
